Weather: Partly cloudy becoming clear for a couple of hours and then ending back to partly cloudy. 54-71 degrees. Excellent visibility. Southerly winds started out light and increased in velocity over the course of the count, 0-13 mph, gusting to 20 mph
Raptor Observations: The weather conditions seemed favorable for a good flight, but that didn't materialize. Mostly Turkey Vultures.
Non-raptor Observations: Mirroring the raptor numbers, there was little movement today.
Site Description Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best winds are from the southwest.
