From my hilltop view, I still have a large fluddle, Today, there were over 40 Blue-winged teal, one male N. Shoveler, two Greater Yellowlegs, five Lesser Yellowlegs, a group of over 20 Pectoral Sand (and later only 3). Star of the show is a male Scissortail who is exploring my prairie yard and the surprise celebrity guest was an adult Swainson/'s Hawk being chased out of the area by the resident REd-tail.

I love Spring.
