LAZULI BUNTING (just one that I saw) has returned to its usual spot by the water tank on top of "Horse Trailer Hill" that starts at Lot 1 at Rancho San Antonio. HOUSE WRENS are also singing at both bottom and top of the hill, and BLUE-GRAY GNATCATCHERS seem particularly abundant at Rancho thus year, at multiple locations.
Do not disclose information that identifies the location of nesting birds of any species, to minimize stress on the nesting birds and the risk of vandalism or abuse.
