Subject: [sbcobirding] UCSB West Campus Baltimore Oriole
This afternoon, on my ride home from work, I encountered 2 anonymous birders who told me they had seen an adult male Baltimore Oriole along the connector road between Slough Rd and W Campus Point Ln. After about 45 mins of searching (roughly 3:50 pm) I rediscovered it in the riparian brush just east of W Campus Point Ln, right at the entrance to faculty housing. It was singing periodically. There are lots of orioles here which may include other goodies.
