Weather:
Morning rain delayed the start of the count. Counted near the car for an
hour and a half between the two main bands before steady rain ended the
count again. Strong to very strong ESE winds, but we were sheltered by the
tree line.

Raptor Observations:
A surprising amount of activity in between the rain. A few dozen Turkey
Vultures. A couple Ospreys and Bald Eagles. Seven Northern Harriers, a
Coop, and two kestrels. Migrants were low going into a head wind.
