Hi all!

Got a lifer early this morning!. As I turned into work, I heard a bird I never had before- stopped the car, turned on Merlin and it instantly i.d. a Clay colored sparrow. It was in the only tree close- only got one set of call on Merlin before it stopped (and a couple goldfinches in the background- put on E-bird), but found the bird preening in the small maple tree. Long tail, light colored sparrow with pink legs, and short bill......VERY COOL!!!!!! YEAH!!!!
