Subject: [southbaybirds] Sora and Virginia Rail in the "Rancho San Antonio Wetlands"
I've been hearing Sora whinnying and ko-eee-ing in the Rancho wetlands regularly pretty much every time I go by. Today on a birdathon (hopefully my wife will post about that later) we had probably three calling, two in the corner closest to Cristo Rey, and another one down by the paved path. But, to my surprise and delight, virtually in the same place by the paved path today (10 am), we had a repeatedly calling Virginia Rail as well.
