This kingbird looks like a Western Kingbird to me. The tail appears to have while outer edges (present on WEKI but not on CAKI), and there is not a high amount of contrast between the white cheek and gray face. However, I am no expert, and other opinions would certainly be appreciated.
I also visited the Stile Ranch area late this morning (4/20). There was no sign of the Calliope Hummingbird, although I did get great views of several Rufous-crowned Sparrows. Kerry Sommer did see the Calliope in the afternoon today (so it is still around), and John Scharpen and Tim Hoo reported a Cassin's Kingbird in the morning.
Do not disclose information that identifies the location of nesting birds of any species, to minimize stress on the nesting birds and the risk of vandalism or abuse.
