Hi Everyone!
This afternoon my husband and I walked down to the northernmost "pond" at Ogier Ponds from Coyote Creek Rd to hopefully refind the *Solitary Sandpiper*. We did find the bird while we were standing on the dirt trail that runs along the southside of the pond. The bird was mostly well hidden in the dead reeds but came out briefly. *Western Sandpipers, Least Sandpipers* and one *Greater Yellowlegs* were also present.
One the way home, we stopped at Parkway Lakes and scanned the shorebirds there. Lots of *Western Sandpipers* were present as well as *Semipalmated Sandpipers*, *Greater Yellowlegs*, *Spotted Sandpipers* and one* Least Sandpiper*.
