I spent a little time at this location this morning, eventually meting up with Steve Colwell and Sue Cook there. I managed to see 1 Purple Martin before I had to leave, but I stopped there to eat my lunch on the way back and had 3 more. Other birds seen or heard included Yellow Warbler, Black-headed Grosbeak, Bullock's Oriole, and more Acorn woodpeckers than I have ever seen before in one place together.
