Subject: [sbcobirding] Figueroa Migrant Search and Northern Pygmy Owl
Took a short walk along Figueroa Mtn Road low on S slope in hopes of finding migrants. Fairly quiet but a Nashville Warbler was nice and I was able to quietly approach a persistently calling Northern Pygmy Owl. He ignored me but a single Junco shooed the Owl away with a single pass.
