Weather: Morning rain and fog delayed the start of the count. Overcast skies with one brief brighter period with a bit of sun in the midday. Light easterly winds strengthened and shifted more southerly.
Raptor Observations: Raptor activity was low in the morning. A slow but steady flight picked up in the afternoon. Only 73 Turkey vultures. Small numbers of harriers, sharpies, and kestrels. A few sharpies passed close to the platform. One Peregrine Falcon.

Predictions: TOMORROW: Cloudy and windy with occasional rain, mainly in the morning. Morning high of 61F with temps falling to near 50F. Winds SW at 20-30mph. Chance of rain 90%.
