Neighbors say they saw nearly 100 swans in a group straight north of Britton, 2 miles south of the ND line this week. I saw a pair on Saturday morning on a pond that has reported been there all week. Big...the female had a greyer neck than the male. Yard birds today: First flicker in the grass First juncoes in months. A pair of purple martin scouts! Oh, what a beautiful sound!
