Weather: A thick cloud layer in the morning broke up to blue skies before a high cirrus layer moved in ahead of tomorrow's rain. Light northerly winds.
Raptor Observations: Less than a hundred Turkey Vultures. A half dozen Bald Eagles. Small numbers of Cooper's Hawks, red-shoulders, and red-tails. One kestrel. The flight was mostly over the parkway.
