The current private owner, Aaron, welcomes birders, but asks that if parking they put a little sign in the car saying they are birding, and if seeing anyone there, just talk and let them know what they are doing. There is no sign to identify the property but its right across the road, Appaloosa way, from the shooting range, and has space for just a few cars on the grassy lot right at the entrance.
