Just the messenger, Grigory H is reporting the Vega Gull is back at the Lower Otay launch ramp pier on Thursday, Jan. 9 at 2:20 pm. Matt Sadowski and Justyn Stahl and I had looked there earlier in the day but missed it.
Some other less common gull species there as well.
