The previous reported SNOWY OWL, is currently at the exact location, that Anna reported seeing it. There isn't much of a shoulder to pull over, but very little traffic, on Vale rd. The owl, is about 200 yards, out in field, on west side of road. This was my son, TJ's first Snowy Owl. Thanks for the updates, everyone!
