I’m going to check out this bird tomorrow, but from what the homeowner has told me, I’m pretty sure that’s what they’ve been seeing at their feeder.
If so, they are agreeable to having it banded. It is at Harveys Lake, Luzerne County.
How do I contact a humingbird bander, if that turns out to be true?
