Weather: Rain early but stopping as we began counting for the day. The first hour was foggy, but cleared. The rest of the day was partly cloudy, hot, and humid. Winds out of the west.
Raptor Observations: Bald Eagle - Sub-Adult 9:56 a.m. Many Raptors in the sky, but they simply weren’t migrating.
