Subject: [CT Birds] Re: Odd colored greater yellow legs
Just to follow up on this bird: the observer shared photos with some experts and the bird appears to be a Greater Yellowlegs; possibly the same one that Tina Green had in the same area last year.

Just proves that there is some variation among coloring that can lead to confusion.
