Subject: [sbcobirding] Possible Caracara
Late this morning I was at Coal Oil Point and might have had the Crested
Caracara fly by. The view was very brief and I only had my bins on it
briefly as it flew below the bluff tops in the direction of Isla Vista. In
that moment I saw a pale tail with a dark terminal band. The flight style
was good for Caracara.
