Weather:
Fog delayed the start of the count and the overcast skies didn't
start clearing for another two hours. By the end of the count the
skies were nearly clear. 58-67 degrees. Visibility was poor to
fair. Winds were easterly 6-10 mph.

Raptor Observations:
Little movement today, but the 4 kestrels and 2 Merlins were nice.
One of the Merlins sat in a nearby tree for a short while.

Non-raptor Observations:
Lesser Yellowlegs

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake
Bay at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are
from the southwest.
