Subject: [sbcobirding] Carpinteria Orchard Orioles
I had to go to Carp this afternoon to pick up my camera (fixed!), and
stopped by Memorial Park. I walked down an adjacent road, Camelia Circle,
that is lined with bottlebrush trees, and saw 3 Orchard Orioles--adult and
subadult males and a female. One of them was doing a lot of chattering.
There was a good-sized flock of Cedar Waxwings nearby, the first I've seen
in a little while.
