Hi all,
After the success of the Cuyama Winter Bird Survey, I'm planning to organize another similar event but this time focused on breeding birds. The survey will take place on May 18-19, with an emphasis on the 18th. Like last time, teams would be assigned specific locations to survey. Cuyama Valley and its environs offer great birding at this time of year, across the area's many habitats ranging from desert to the foothills of the Sierra Madre.
