David Cooper and others photographed a SNAIL KITE at the Harkers Island Visitors Center yesterday. This is the first "chaseable" report, with the other three being a dead individual at a crayfish pond in Columbus County, a flyover at Oregon Inlet in Dare County, and an individual with a GPS transmitter whose location was published in a scientific article.
