Weather: Morning rain ended as this count period began. Moderate to strong winds with gusts continued all day. Air temperature ranged from 4 - 9 degrees C. The 100 percent cloud cover began to break up as the count ended.
Raptor Observations: Small groups of Turkey Vultures began to come through midway during the count. Bald Eagle, Sharp-shinned, Cooper's, and Osprey also represented in small numbers
Non-raptor Observations: Seasonal birds were very active.
