Today (April 10), we had 3 FOY species in the yard. For comparison, in parentheses, are the arrival dates in 2022 and 2023:
Chipping Sparrow (Apr 4, Apr 4)
Brown Thrasher (Apr 11, Apr 9)
House Wren (Apr 23, Apr 10)
Since we’ve been gone for a week, I don’t know when they first arrived this year.
