Adult male seen about 1230p, from gravel perimeter road at the SE corner of the park, in the hedgerow bordering the Villa at Monarch Beach Apts. Look for the only willow tree along the gravel road and your in the right spot. The bird seems to like this spot, but was also last seen flying towards a large group of Pride of Madeira plants 50 yards to the NW.
