I watched about a dozen Great Blue Herons flying in and looking like they might just be showing up at their annual herons location near the Genesee River by Fowlerville Rd., seen best looking north from the end of Boyd Rd. (all south of Avon). This was all at about 3:50 this aftrnoon.
