On March 4, 2023, we conducted our 16th spring eagle survey. Our area covered parts of Mercer, Summers, Monroe, Greenbrier, Pocahontas and Raleigh Counties in WV and Giles County, VA. 43 participants(Three Rivers Avian Center, Bibbee Nature Club, Hanging Rock Migration Observatory, Pipestem S.P. and guests) found 72 Bald Eagles and 3 Golden Eagles for the day.
