Greetings from Tussey!
Not much raptor or non-raptor activity to report today due to the lack of
wind, but the juvenile raven flock has reappeared! I love seeing them do
tricks and play games with each other in the sky. One RTHA passed through
their group on its way along the ridge and some great antics ensued.
Winds are predicted to be a little better tomorrow and it looks like we're
going to have some nice warm, sunny weather for the next few days.

Happy birding!

Observers:

Visitors:
Quite a few families and hikers travelled the midstate trail in the
relatively warm weather today. Some were lucky enough to see the BAEAs fly
low over the watchsite.

Weather:
Short day due to light W winds 2-7 kph. Haze in south valley for the first
few hours. Sunny, clear skies.

Raptor Observations:
Not many migrants, but the TUVUs were migrating parallel to either side of
the ridge at a distance. The two RTHAs flew almost directly over the ridge.

Min # local:
4 TUVU
1 BAEA Imm (4 year)
1 BAEA J

Non-raptor Observations:
Not many non-raptors today, but the juvenile flock of ravens is back.
