Partly cloudy to mostly sunny; 60-75 degrees; good visibility;
winds calmm at first, then variable 6-7 mph and finally easterly
7-9 mph.

Raptor Observations:
Light winds and a light flight.

Non-raptor Observations:
Horned Grebe, 49, mostly in a tight flock on the water; migrant
Common Loons beginning to fly by.

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake
Bay at the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of
Baltimore, MD. Best winds are from the southwest.
