Weather: Mostly sunny with increasing clouds in the afternoon. Moderate northeast winds. A few vultures counted from the platform then moved to Frisbee Hill around 9:30am EST.
Raptor Observations: Light but steady migration throughout the day. Turkey Vulture flight line was mostly towards the parkway. A handful of Accipiters and red-tails. One light-morph Rough-legged Hawk. Short-eared owl seen again from the platform in the morning.
Predictions: Wednesday: Intervals of clouds and sun. Slight chance of a rain shower. High 13C. Winds ENE at 15-25km/h. Expect light migration. Count will probably be held at Frisbee Hill.
Thursday: Mostly sunny skies. High 21C. Winds ESE at 15-25km/h. Expect light to moderate migration.
