Jared, if not, you could get a fishing license instead at a Walmart, etc.,
and be good to go for accessing SWAs. One caveat - the one-day fishing
passes technically don't work for access to SWAs, I believe, so you'd have
to buy an annual. You can check the Colorado Department of Wildlife
website to see if it is possible to order them online in advance of your
trip.
