On Tuesday evening HB 1046, sale of Eleven Point State Park, passed out of committee and can be heard on the Missouri House floor anytime.
Besides an attempt to sell public land, there are a number of issues with this bill including the coordinates listed in the bill are for the entire park but the language of the fiscal note is just for the scenic easement along the river.
