About 7:55 am while cleaning leaves out of the bubbler, I heard a 'not a cardinal' chip call and located my FOY LOWA. I followed it in the swampy thicket for about 20 minutes. Will post a checklist and photos later. I missed this species last year, and was thrilled to see it.
