Weather:
Day started with rain and mist off and on, temperatures of around 13 C, and
SW winds. The period of the count was conducted largely from 8:30 to 10:30
am while the precipitation ceased before restarting.

Raptor Observations:
The brief flight consisted of small groups of Turkey Vultures coming
through and one Red Tail. The local Cooper's Hawk hunted its way around the
cemetery. All observations were from Section H.

Non-raptor Observations:
none

Predictions:
Maybe better than today for a flight. Cooler, gusty, westerly winds, mostly
sunny and no precipitation.

This spring only "all volunteer" watch is conducted at Lakeside Cemetery in
Hamburg, NY. It is located on flat lake plain located along the shoreline
of the east end of Lake Erie, about 10 miles south of Buffalo, NY.
