Subject: [NHBirds] Eagles incubating and a Saw-whet Owl
After the mist lifted this morning, I did a loop through the Monadnock Region and confirmed bald eagles incubating at 5 known nests located in Bennington, Nelson, Stoddard, Surry, and Marlow. Also a saw-whet owl toot-toot-tooting from the hemlocks about 11am at the northeast corner of Nubanusit Lake in Hancock!
