Subject: Re: [GeneseeBirds-L] Bald Eagles at Irondequoit bay
For the last several years, there have been many Bald Eagles around Irondequoit Bay most of the winter. Numbers visible depend on weather, ice conditions and when one looks.
A few days ago, while there was still some ice, people looking for the "rare" Eurasian Wigeon counted 19 in sight at one point. A couple years ago there were days with over 25 visible at points in time.Bob Spahn

Any word about a flock of bald eagles landing around Irondequoit Bay Thursday or Friday?  A friend of mine said that she saw a pick of them and it sounds a bit unbelievable to me.  But if it's true I would love to hear!  Thanks!Lisa Martorana_______________________________________________
