Pam and her brother Steve and I saw 4 Crossbills (2 males and 2 females) at 10 am this morning high in a conifer located east of the junction of Ortega Ranch Rd. and Ortega Ranch Lane. After approx. 5 mins viewing them, the flock of 10 or so Crossbills flew from the tree. We were unable to relocate them.
