Subject: [labird] Red-necked Grebe Persists at Kincaid Lake 1/13/21
The Red-necked Grebe was found this morning Way The Heck Out There in the lake. Two groups, one led by your reporter and the other by David Booth, viewed the bird from the east side of the lake spillway. David Booth takes the honors for finding the bird more or less between and beyond the two duck blinds off the dam. It was not associated with other birds. Time was around 9 AM.

We accessed the dam on the dirt road located at the bridge on Messina Road about 1 mile from the intersection with LA 28 W. It is clear where people park at that location.
