First spotted it way out on Little Narragansett Bay harassing red-breasted mergansers. Moved to the rocks to the east of the Dodge Paddock parking area at the end of Wall Street, eventually moved up into the cove working the mud edges of the cove. Maybe back out on the rocks at this point others seem to be looking out there as I'm leaving.
