Subject: [CT Birds] Long Beach - Glaucous Gull, Common Eider
1/5 Noon - Long Beach west of the 5th groin (beyond the two pines) - immature Glaucous Gull (1st winter?) and female Common eider with other gulls.  Also:   7 dunlin on groin,  25 snow buntings, 8 horned larks.
Frash Pond - 2 pied-billed grebes, 1 immature Iceland gull, 1 double-crested cormorant (orange face), 4 canvas backs, 65 red-breasted mergansers, 38 hooded mergansers and all the usual suspects.
