To me, it's an Anna's with a bit of a irregular gorget.  There is also a
notable extension of the tail beyond the wing tips.  A Costa's should
have the tips of the wings and tail roughly equal.

I happened to see an Anna's like this in my back yard about a month
ago.  I also took a long second look.  Quite distant from Santa Teresa -
not the same I'd say.
