12/22: A ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK was seen from East road. A SHORT-EARED OWL was seen from Carncross Road.
12/27: A SHORT-EARED OWL was seen from Rt. 31 in the Mucklands west fo the Seneca River. Also seen here were 23 SANDHILL CRANES.
Onondaga County

12/22: A SURF SCOTER was seen on aOnondaga Lake from the Honeywell Center near the State Fair. It was seen on the 23rd. also.A late GREAT EGRET was also present at the Honeywell Center. An AMERICAN WIGEON was seen at the Inner Harbor south of Onondaga Lake.
12/23: A male BARROW’S GOLDEN EYE was seen on the Oswego River in Phoenix. It reportedly wandered far enough to the north side to be in Oswego county also. A LESSER BLACK-BACKED GULL was seen at the Honeywell Center on Onondaga Lake. 2 EVENING GROSBEAKS were seen at the Three Rivers WMA north of Baldwinsville.
12/26: A COMMON GRACKLE was at a feeder on Sunview Drive in Elbridge.
12/28: The RUFOUS HUMMINGBIRD seen on Doyle Road in Baldwinsville since late fall was again seen feeding. No word yet today. A BLACK VULTURE was seen with a large group of Turkey Vultures on North Road in Jamesville. 4 YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLERS were seen in Raddison in Baldwinsville. A SNOWY OWL was seen near Muskrat Bay on Oneida Lake.
Oswego County

12/21: A GLAUCOUS GULL was seen in Oswego Harbor.
12/23: A LESSER BLACK-BACKED GULL was seen at Lock 6 in Oswego.
12/25: A LESSER BLACK-BACKED GULL was seen in Oswego Harbor. A ROSE-BREASTED GROSBEAK was seen and photographed on Clark Road east of Rt. 3 north of Port Ontario. It was seen again on the 27th.
12/27: A SNOWY OWL and a RED-THROATED LOON were seen in Oswego Harbor. An ICELAND GULL was seen at Lock 6 in Oswego.
Madison County

12/22: 2 EVENING GROSBEAKS were seen at a feeder in Poolville. 15 EVENING GROSBEAKS were seen on Crumb Hill Road just outside of DeRuyter. 30 EVENING GROSBEAKS were seen at feeders on Paradise Hill Road south of DeRuyter.
12/26: 4 EVENING GROSBEAKS were at a feeder on Eaton Hollow Road.
12/27: A COMMON REDPOLL was at a feeder in Poolville.
Oneida County

12.21: A HERMIT THRUSH and a PEREGRINE FALCON were seen at Procter Park in Utica.
12/23: 4 COMMON REDPOLLS were at a feeder on Yager Road in Durhamville. A GLAUCOUS GULL was seen at Kyser Beach Road at the east end of Oneida Lake.

12/22: 8 EVENING GROSBEAKS were at a feeder in Salisbury Corners.
12/23: A GRAY CATBIRD was at a feeder area in Salisbury Corners.
12/26: 8 EVENING GROSBEAKS and 3 PINE GROSBEAKS were at a feeder inn Salisbury Corners.
