Subject: [CT Birds] OT on honey bees
The last couple of days here in Orange, it has been fairly mild 45F-57F. I
have noticed that there are honey bees feeding/crawling around in some of
my bird feeders. Granted- a couple of them didn't look very active, but
others seem to be foraging in the bird seed.
Apparently honey bees will be eating pollen size, dust particles that are
shed from bird seed, cracked corn etc.
