*NORTH CENTRAL:*



FRANKLIN COUNTY:

6 RED CROSSBILLS and 15 WHITE-WINGED CROSSBILLS were seen at the Hampton
Cemetery on the 17th.



CERRO GORDO COUNTY:

A WHITE-WINGED SCOTER was seen at Clear Lake on the 17th.



A late SCARLET TANAGER was seen at a feeder in Mason City on the 17th.



*NORTHEAST:*



WINNESHIEK COUNTY:

A GOLDEN EAGLE was seen at Cardinal Marsh on the 17th.



BLACK HAWK COUNTY:

An EVENING GROSBEAK was heard as a flyover in Waterloo on the 19th.



A GOLDEN EAGLE was seen over Waterloo on the 19th.



*EAST:*



JOHNSON COUNTY:

An EVENING GROSBEAK was seen at a feeder near North Liberty on the 17th.



LINN COUNTY:

A RED-NECKED GREBE was seen at Pleasant Creek Lake on the 17th.



*SOUTHEAST:*



WAPELLO COUNTY:

A BLACK SCOTER was seen at Lake Wapello on the 17th.



WASHINGTON COUNTY:

A WHITE-WINGED CROSSBILL was seen in the SW part of the county on the 19th.



*SOUTH CENTRAL:*



APPANOOSE COUNTY:

A WESTERN GREBE continues at the Island View area of Lake Rathbun on the 19
th.



*CENTRAL:*



POLK COUNTY:

A SPOTTED TOWHEE was seen at a yard near Red Feather Prairie on the 14th.



GLAUCOUS AND LESSER BLACK-BACKED GULLS were seen at Oak Grove at
Saylorville on the 17th. These birds were last seen on the 18th.



2 RED-THROATED LOONS were seen at Saylorville on the 18th. One was
relocated on the 19th.





*NORTHWEST:*



BUENA VISTA COUNTY:

3 BLACK SCOTERS were seen from Scout Park at Storm Lake on the 17th.
