Subject: [CT Birds] East Shore Park warblers, Lighthouse Pt
There was a nice variety of late warblers at East Shore Park in New Haven
today, around the sewage plant. With Frank Mantlik and Gina Nichol.

2 Tennessee Warblers
1 Orange-crowned Warbler
1 Nashville Warbler
1 Yellow Warbler
2 Palm Warblers
2 Pine Warblers
5 Yellow-rumped Warblers

The Golden Eagle that was seen earlier at Lighthouse Point slowly worked
its way north up the harbor's edge, and was last seen very high over East
Shore Park streaming northward, seeming hesitant to cross the harbor itself.

Earlier, non-raptor highlights at Lighthouse Point included 1 CAVE SWALLOW,
2 EVENING GROSBEAKS, and 2 RED CROSSBILLS. All were brief flybys.
