The day got cloudier as it progressed. Warm with temps between 50-71.
Light wind becoming stronger (from 1-7mph) in the afternoon from the S.

Raptor Observations:
BE(4): 1323i, 1331a, 1404a, 1406a

Non-raptor Observations:
0810 a flock of red-winged blackbirds fluttered past the lookout amidst the
fog in a group of about 40-50.

Predictions:
A chance of showers before 9am, then rain, mainly after 9am. Patchy fog
before 10am. High near 69. South wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation
is 90%. New precipitation amounts between a half and three quarters of an
inch possible.
