Subject: [CT Birds] Common Cuckoo RI - YES

From Mardi & Townsend Dickinson: 11/7/20 - COMMON CUCKOO
10:40-2:23pm Snake Den SP, #71 Brown Ave, Johnston, RI. Bird being seen well throughout the day, weaving back and forth through trees and field edges and along the service road back behind the Cilo’s and at times 5 feet in front while forging and eating Woolly bear Caterpillars.

Note: When the bird swoops down near or a few feet in front of you, PLEASE heed my advise and give the bird a wide berth to eat it’s prey without being pushed to fly off before it’s finished.

Park in parking lot and walk through and behind red Cilo’s. Directions:
